You might hear that often in your life, right? Mind me because I made the call often and get this “oh that is my first time on call” and “never had deaf patient here before” etc. Blah. Mind you. Need better education on them for understanding the situation about deaf and or whoever call for ordering pizza or visiting doctor.

Many times, the lifestyle changes a lot since videophone come in the life and still act dumb about it. You know why technology now are using IPHONE or ANTRIOD. No one know about videophone?

Well, all of us using the mobile phone too but has videophone on it. Of course, we call from our smart phone! You have cell phone, right. You can talk on phone, right. We have cell phone and use videophone from it. Oh boy. What is so hard for everyone to understand this?

Okay, at the all I made the call with doctor office for checking up and they asked me. (usually no news for us} “Can you get someone come with you?” I said, “You can call the interpreter agency” They said, “This is first time I get call from deaf and not know nothing about interpreter” That is it…..

See, they not know nothing about rules from healthcare insurance policy?
