Yes. Yes, we all are talking to ourselves. You are not only one. I know there is good things and bad things. I always talking all the time to myself and of course to others If possible. Lot of time I signed and think I am talk to them! Lol. They not ever know sign language. Smiles!

My co worker talked to me. I could hear her talking behind my back but not understanding the words. Roll my eyes. Worker actually talk to me but don’t. You get the picture?

Some are mental part know as SPD but others are not. Talking in your head, lip moving or ever sign language.
