I was taking a lady to hair cut. She wanted to go out and eat for lunch, so I had a small lunch before picking her up. She ordered the meal and did not see her phone yet. She was focused on buying foods that leave in my car.

We took food out of my car and carried them inside the house. She did not see her phone yet.

We went to the restaurant to pick up her order for lunch. Still not see her phone, so keep going to her haircut place. The haircut lady lives in an apartment, so we parked there and let her eat some French fries before going to the lady’s doormat. Not even look at her phone.

The white lady comes to us and talks to us. She knows we are deaf and using sign language but speak in Spanish! We do not understand her and speak Spanish! Oh my, we are not Hispanic! We just nodded at her and did not understand her.

Finally, she got out of my car and walked to the doormat. Knock…. no one answered, so knock again….no answer. As I started my car to go but saw her look at her phone to text the haircut lady. She looked at me and stopped my car. She said, “The haircut lady falls and at the hospital.” She come to my car and show me the phone.

Guess what? we missed her text since 11am! Had her reschedule for next time. It was a waste of time and not bother to look at the phone all morning.
