Something weird is going on—my old phone is being swapped for a new one, but it can’t transfer everything. I feel like I’ve lost my mind!

I hopped on my laptop and found this, but my new phone doesn’t seem to recognize WordPress or Jetpack. Shoot!

Now I’m wondering if I need to change my email address since I discovered my old one is no longer active or even exists.

I just discovered I had an old username and password from different email addresses dating back to 2009! It’s one of the worst names I’ve seen in years. I can’t figure out why my phone wouldn’t accept this username and password.

What a total pain and expense!
