I was using my own voice and had bad habit of my signing to turned my voice off.   I grow up with total communication which is use the sign language and voice at same time.  I stopped use it when I live in Texas and forgetting how to use the voice more often.   I just realized I need them more often as speak with people like at work, restaurants or general greeting.  One day, I started to talk to one of my co workers and she asked me to not use the sign language while use the voice.  I was like okay, that is my habit of signing and speak at the same time.   I could speak without sign but sometimes, my accent does not make any sense so my signs help my speak better.   Some people think sign language is difficult to understand than use the voice.   I looked at myself and it doesn’t seem problem so would use without signs whenever it makes any sense.  If not, use the sign language to help my accents better.
