Their faulty or me?

I just watch my friend who preach this morning.  He said, worker work hard and can’t make any promoted. Other worker take their time, becoming promoted. 

Why worker work hard to earn their credit while worker do nothing?

Few times, I could remember that when I was teached by teamwork and work hard.  I also felt they used me for do their work tasks which take of advantage for them being successful.   I have experience seen those situations so I stopped do it.

The worker blamed me for not doing their job tasks, which is not my duty.  They gave reports to the manager or supervisor on my action as bad responses.  Who is highly faulty?  Them or me?
