I just looked at my mom, who is 77, and loved to play solitaire on the computer.

Look over the past in 90s that when the computer started spending at work. Solitaire was only on the game apps. There is another app that is a minestrone (not sure right spell)

A lot of people played solitaire or minestrone on computer while waiting for report or work to do. They keep playing as busy or kill the time. Currently seem habit playing that game for years.

Now, the company banned the games at work. They wanted workers to do the job, not playing game on the computer.

The computer still has the games apps there. Can’t play at work. Can play at home.

How would that break the habit?
