I was their mentor with field experiences class assignments. I been doing FAQ and explaining all the experiences on my lifestyle. Some are already in first or second years of ASL Student. I know some already in promoted classes and struggled successfully. Deaf Culture/General Experiences. Employment. Education.
You might not know that I grow up in hearing world but DEAF. ASL students were kind of surprised because I do not speak! I knew, been in speech therapist all of my life but just being LAZY! I just being LAZY, not able pay attention to it. I kept playing and playing till I got the deaf education to get my attention. I was disappointing but gladly I been graded with hearing classes.
Family LOVED me! I LOVED them! They are cherishing! They been around me and trying to make communication with me. I loved it. Non-Verbal Communication. It is NOT hard to do that. I knew many people are just LAZY! I know it, not joking. Okay, no more!
Employment isn’t easy to deal with. I was successful for few years then laid off and laid off over again. I started tired of it. When I got hired and they put me in entry level jobs. No promote jobs like my old job does. They let me go for some crazy reasons like can’t afford pay me, can’t deal with deaf/mute, don’t understand the rules, or can’t communication. WHETEVER. I have best resume, but they just not want to deal with me. They are scared of me. My top job was Assistant Administration with executive level. Who would hire me?
Deep details come in person to person. You interest in then holler me.
